See how American Commerce Bank Supports Our Communities

OUR COMMITMENT

At American Commerce Bank we take pride in the communities we serve, and actively seek impactful ways in which to invest our time, talents and resources to improve the quality of life for all. Whether its through bank-sponsored events, providing age-appropriate financial literacy programming, or our employees working to serve their community, American Commerce Bank is involved.

Community Reinvestment Act

Through a multi-pillar approach, American Commerce Bank is committed to its obligations under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and its successful integration into our business practices and goals. Please view ACB’s CRA Public File HERE.

Community Development Services – ACB will utilize its resources and staff expertise to provide technical assistance on financial matters to nonprofits and government organizations serving low-to- moderate (LMI) communities and individuals. We also seek opportunities to provide technical assistance and education to small businesses and fundamental financial education for individuals.

Community Development Loans – ACB will assess opportunities to serve Low-to-Moderate Income (LMI) individuals and communities with appropriate loans to expand or enhance affordable housing, community facilities, revitalization projects and opportunities to influence economic development in these areas.

Qualified Investments – ACB will seek depository relationships with minority-owned or community development financial institutions as an opportunity to participate in the economic development of LMI communities. These deposits can be invested in loans within the community to help businesses expand and prosper. ACB will also consider investments in public/non-profit facilities that provide services to LMI communities and individuals.
